I have noticed how much detoxing has changed me!
With the holidays upon us, I have had opportunities to eat sugar and processed foods when out at parties and in making Christmas cookies.
Several days ago I had two slices of my walnut pumplin roll and the following day I didn't know if I was coming or going, I couldn't get anything done, and I felt very dicombobulated.
Thankfully I had waht I needed for my beet juice and promptly juiced up some beets, celery, carrots, parsley, ginger, and apple.
This past weekend I was at a Christmas gathering and had 5 swedish meatballs, a spoonful of frozen pea/carrots/corn mix, and tow spoonfuls of rice pilaf. That night I was plagued with bad dreams that left me crying and needing to be awoken by by wondering husband.
I also have noticed a deep crack in my lower lip, something I never get.
I don't know if these experiences are directly related to the food I ate, but I tend to think so.
This morning not only did I have my beet juice but I also made myself a tea of raw honey and the juice of one organic lemon. I also took a salt and soad bath complete with my aromatherapy detox blend...I look forward to a much better night.
